Caleb's Grilled Ribeye Steaks

Caleb, oh how we love you! That smile never gets old! He is the oldest of Jesse and Michelle's children and can always be found working with his animals. He showed sheep, goats, and pigs all through high school, as well as playing lineman on the Alva Football team. As a senior he earned a FFA State degree and Chapter Star Farmer! 

Last year he ventured away from the ranch to attend Texas Christian University. He graduated in May from the Ranch Management Program at TCU and is now working at the ranch full time, which makes him the 6th generation of Marcums to work the land! He has brought back innovative practices, knowledge of herd management, and a growth attitude. 

He has since continued his education with Ranching For Profit seminars, participates in the RFP Executive Link group, subscribes to Livestock Weekly, and follows many regenerative agriculture education sources. In honor of Caleb's favorite beef meal check out Caleb's Grilled Ribeye Steak recipe!
