Caleb's Grilled Ribeye Steaks
Grilled steaks are a family staple on the ranch. The rub on Caleb's steaks are perfect to bring out the beefy flavor of our steaks and we know you will love it!

Ingredients

  • (2) 1902 Legacy Meats Ribeye Steak
  • (1t) Fresh Rosemary
  • (1t) Garlic Powder
  • (1t) Onion Salt
  • (1t) Sea Salt
  • (1t) Fresh Ground Pepper

Directions

  1. Heat the grill as hot as it will go. 
  2. Bring the steaks to room temperature. (Thawing overnight in the refrigerator and them letting them rest on the counter for an hour is preferred.)
  3. Mix the rosemary, garlic powder, onion salt, sea salt, and fresh ground pepper in a small bowl. Rub the seasoning on both sides of the steak. 
  4. Cook the steaks for 4-6 minutes on each side for medium rare, longer if desired. 
  5. Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes. 
  6. Top the steak with Cowboy Butter, blue cheese, or sauteed mushrooms!
