Shredded Beef

Add a little barbeque sauce to this recipe and you can feed a crowd! Perfect with a side of mashed potatoes or piled high on a bun.
Ingredients
- (3-4 lbs) Chuck Roast
- (2 cups) beef broth
- (2 t) garlic powder
- (1 t) onion powder
- (1 t) cumin
- (1 t) crushed dried rosemary
- (2 T) Worcestershire sauce
- (2 t) salt
- (2 t) fresh ground pepper
- (1 cup) Barbeque Sauce
Directions
Place roast beef into a large slow cooker and add beef. Pour Worcestershire sauce over the top of roast and add seasonings.
Cook roast in slow cooker for 9-10 hours on low setting.
Once roast beef has cooked, remove from slow cooker with tongs into a serving dish. Break apart lightly with two forks and then add back to t he juices in the slow cooker.
When ready to serve add barbeque sauce and heat for 20 minutes.
