Shredded Beef
Add a little barbeque sauce to this recipe and you can feed a crowd! Perfect with a side of mashed potatoes or piled high on a bun.

Ingredients

  • (3-4 lbs) Chuck Roast
  • (2 cups) beef broth
  • (2 t) garlic powder
  • (1 t) onion powder
  • (1 t) cumin
  • (1 t) crushed dried rosemary
  • (2 T) Worcestershire sauce
  • (2 t) salt
  • (2 t) fresh ground pepper
  • (1 cup) Barbeque Sauce

Directions

Place roast beef into a large slow cooker and add beef. Pour Worcestershire sauce over the top of roast and add seasonings.

Cook roast in slow cooker for 9-10 hours on low setting.

Once roast beef has cooked, remove from slow cooker with tongs into a serving dish. Break apart lightly with two forks and then add back to t he juices in the slow cooker.

When ready to serve add barbeque sauce and heat for 20 minutes.
