Michelle's Burger Foil Packs
Nothing is better after a long day of work than an all-in-one foil pack dinner with almost no dishes! Michelle's Burger Foil Packs get the dinner prep and clean up in check and tastes great too!

Ingredients

  • (1/4 lb patties) Ground Beef Box
  • Cauliflower
  • Zucchini
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  • (2-3 strips) Bacon
  • (3 cloves) Garlic
  • (2 sprigs) Rosemary
  • (2 sprigs) Dill
  • (2 t) Salt
  • (2t) Pepper

Directions

  1. Heat grill to medium high.
  2. Combine ground beef with one teaspoon each of salt and pepper. Form into patties and set aside. 
  3. Lay two long strips of foil out and then layer with two more long strips of foil in the other direction to make the base of your foil pack. 
  4. Dice the bacon, mince the garlic, and strip the rosemary and dill from their sprigs, combine and set aside.
  5. Layer the ground beef patties in the center of the foil pack.
  6. Sprinkle the patties with half of the bacon mixture; top with the vegetables and sprinkle on the remaining bacon mixture. Mix together with your hands.
  7. Fold the foil up to seal the pack well. 
  8. Cook on the grill for 40-45 minutes or until the vegetables are fork tender. 
  9. Serve with a fresh garden salad and dinner roll.
