Walking Tacos

Walking Tacos don't have to be just for football games and camping! They are a great family dinner that the kids or grand kids will love. All the classic flavors and so fun to eat.
Ingredients
- (1 lb) Ground Beef
- (2 T) chili powder
- (1 t) paprika
- (1 t) cumin
- (1 t) onion powder
- (3/4 t) pepper
- (1/2 t) salt
- (3) garlic cloves
- (1 can) pinto beans
- (5) corn chips (small packages)
- (1) tomato, chopped
- (1) jalapeno, chopped
- (1) small onion, chopped
- sour cream
Directions

1. Brown ground beef and drain off any excess grease.
2. Mince the garlic and saute with the beef for a minute or two.
3. Add the pinto beans and all the spices to the ground beef; stir until evenly mixed. Allow to cool slightly.
4. Fill a bag of corn chips with the chili mixture. Top with shredded cheese, tomato, jalapeno, and onions. Top with a dollop of sour cream.
5. Enjoy a quick cleanup with very little dishes!
