Audra's Cowboy Stew
One pot dinner's make the world go 'round! When you have a crowd to feed this Cowboy stew is the way to go!

Ingredients

  • (1 lb) Ground Beef
  • (1 28 oz can) country style baked beans
  • (1 32 oz package) frozen diced hash browns
  • (1 12 oz package) frozen corn
  • (1 t) salt
  • (1 t) pepper
  • (1 t) garlic powder
  • (1 t) season salt

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef in a large Dutch oven or pot. Drain any excess grease. 
  2. Add the beans, hash browns, and corn. Stir to combine.
  3. Mix in all the seasonings. 
  4. Cook on medium until the potatoes are soft, 15-20 minutes. Stirring occasionally. 
  5. Serve with hot biscuits or cornbread and a green salad!
