Sirloin

The sirloin cut comes from the rear leg. It has a good deep flavor like a roast but cooks up quickly on the grill or skillet. This makes for a great weeknight steak and potato meal or can be dressed up with fancy sides. Our sirloins are cut large and perfect for sharing.
