April Harvest | Whole Pork Share

Our pork is raised in the pasture where they are free to root in the ground and roll in the mud. They are supplemented with grain and produce a great flavor that is free of antibiotics and hormones. Your family will look forward to dinner every time you cook this delicious natural pork. 

The whole pork includes two of the shoulder, leg, loin, and belly. You will also get cuts like ham, spare ribs, bacon, and sausage. After you place your deposit, you will lock in your processing date. Once your date arrives, you will get to choose your own cuts. Of course, we are happy to help you make your selections. 

We sell our pork shares by the half or whole hog. As a reference, we typically try to raise our hogs to 250+ pounds, which results in roughly a 180-220 pound per hanging weight. You can expect your final cuts to amount to about 70% of the hanging weight.

The cost is
$4.00 per pound hanging weight, we cover all the processing fees. We require an upfront deposit of $200 to reserve your whole hog.
